I grew up in a small village in Austria, surrounded by nature. Much of my childhood was spent outdoors—in the forest, on the mountains or on my neighbour's farm. Being close to nature, moving naturally and enjoying simple, fresh food were simply part of everyday life.

In 2019, I moved to England and made a new home here. Today, I live in Eastbourne, with the sea and the South Downs close by — a different landscape from the one I grew up with, but one that still keeps me connected to nature.

My adult working life took a rather different direction.

For more than 20 years I worked in banking and finance, mainly in busy customer-service roles. Most recently, I became a team leader—probably the most challenging role of my career, but also the most rewarding.

It was there that something became increasingly clear to me: what I enjoyed most was supporting people. Listening, encouraging, helping someone work through a challenge and seeing them grow gave me a real sense of purpose.

At the same time, I had my own challenges. Over the years I struggled at times with weight control, stress and finding the balance between being busy and actually feeling healthy and happy.

Today, I bring together my professional coaching skills, my passion for health and wellbeing and my own life experiences to support others through positive change — with warmth, encouragement and without judgement.

Why Dragonfly?

The dragonfly has a special meaning for me. It symbolises transformation, personal growth, adaptability and a connection to the light.

And that reflects how I see health coaching.

Change doesn't need to happen overnight. We can learn, adapt, change direction and grow. Sometimes it starts with one small decision.

Dragonfly Mind & Body is about empowering you to take responsibility for your own health and happiness, and supporting you as you make changes that feel right for you.
